Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or participating in any services, sessions, programs, or containers offered by River + Rise, L.L.C.
By purchasing or participating, you agree to the following terms.
1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, or “Us” refers to River + Rise, L.L.C. (Sage and Sapphire LLC. doing business as River and Rise, LLC.)
“You” refers to the purchaser and participant.
“Services” include all offerings such as restorative sessions, digital products, programs, mentorship, The Bridge, Rise, Aligned, and any other offerings provided.
2. Payment & Purchase Terms
By purchasing a service, you authorize River + Rise, L.L.C. to charge your selected payment method.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi, or Flodesk). We do not store full payment details and are not responsible for third-party policies.
3. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan:
- You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full
- Payments will be automatically charged at agreed intervals
- No additional authorization is required for future charges
By selecting a payment plan, you accept full responsibility for completing all payments.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method
- Payments will be retried automatically
- Continued failure may result in suspension of access to services
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a purchase is made.
Exception: If a session cannot be scheduled due to provider availability, a refund may be issued.
6. Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback.
If an issue arises, you agree to contact us directly at [email protected] for resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in removal from services and further collection action where applicable.
7. Session Policy

Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice
- Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited
- All sessions and containers must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise stated
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and services provided by River + Rise are owned by River + Rise, L.L.C.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and River + Rise, L.L.C.

River + Rise respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.

- Phone number (if provided)
- Payment information (processed securely through third parties)
- Information shared during booking, communication, or participation
