TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, programs, sessions, digital products, memberships, and offerings provided by Sage and Sapphire, LLC, doing business as River + Rise ("River + Rise").

By purchasing or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

"Company," "We," or "Us" refers to Sage and Sapphire, LLC, doing business as River + Rise.

"You" refers to the purchaser and/or participant.

"Services" include, but are not limited to:

2. Payment & Purchase Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

By completing a purchase, you authorize River + Rise to charge your selected payment method.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe, Kajabi, PayPal, and Flodesk. River + Rise does not store complete payment information and is not responsible for third-party policies or practices.

3. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan:

You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Payments will be charged automatically at the agreed intervals.

Failure to complete payments does not release you from your financial obligation.

Access to services, programs, or materials may be suspended if payments become delinquent.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

You will have seven (7) days to update your payment information.

Payments may be automatically retried.

Continued failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services, programs, digital products, and intellectual property provided, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued.

If River + Rise is unable to provide a purchased service due to provider availability, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion.

6. Session & Scheduling Policy

Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited.

Containers, packages, and services must be utilized within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise specified.

7. Digital Products & Program Access

Access to digital products, memberships, courses, recordings, and program materials is intended solely for the purchaser.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, or transferred without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, recordings, teachings, frameworks, methods, written materials, graphics, and program content are the intellectual property of Sage and Sapphire, LLC.

No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

River + Rise respects the confidentiality of client communications and personal information shared during sessions, programs, and containers.

Information will be treated with care and discretion except where disclosure is required by law.

10. No Guarantees

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

River + Rise makes no guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to health outcomes, personal transformation, business success, financial results, relationship outcomes, or emotional healing.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and implementation.

11. Chargebacks

You agree to contact River + Rise directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate removal from services and collection of outstanding balances where permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage and Sapphire, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any service, session, container, program, or digital offering.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and River + Rise regarding the use of services and offerings.
